- Booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling is permitted up to 20 hours before the pick-up time and is subject to availability (please check the reschedule policy).
- Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 12 hours before the pick-up time
- Prepayment is required to confirm the booking.
- A cancellation fee applies for no-shows and cancellations made within 12 hours of pick-up time.

- Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 12 hours before the pick-up time.
- The refund amount is 100% of the rental cost, excluding any applicable bank fees.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of booking.

- Rescheduling must be requested no later than 20 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Rescheduling is free of charge. However, if the new location differs from the original booking, an additional fee may apply, payable directly to the driver.
Meet Our Driver
- Once payment is confirmed, your voucher will be sent to you via email. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder in case the email is filtered there.
- The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate, wearing a black uniform with an orange collar and holding a signboard displaying the Bali Res Centre logo and your name. Please look out for the driver to ensure a smooth and seamless pickup.
- Present the voucher to the driver upon meeting.
